looking for apartment for single student

my name is Chloe Chen. I'm a female, 27 years old international student who will start a doctoral study at the University of Tübingen in October, 2018. At the moment I am still studying in China. Therefore I am looking for a nice apartment for the next years.
I have a good living habit and value on a neat and clean apartment and a pleasant and considerate atmosphere in the house.
As far as funding is concerned, I get a scholarship and my parents would like to vouch for me if interested.
As far as the apartment is concerned, I attach particular importance to a central location as close to the hospital as possible. (near Elfriede-Aulhorn-Straße )
