Master student, Searching for a 1-Room Flat (1.5 or 2 rooms also good) in Tübingen Innenstadt/Denzenberg

Hi there! I am a 22-female Chinese MA student, majoring in Sinology.

I am finding a flat with 1-2 rooms in Tübingen Innenstadt/Denzenberg for long-term lease. Important things are the location, cleanliness and the facilities. It could be furnished or unfurnished, but better with a kitchen and a bathroom. Heating should be functional. Besides, it should be possible to proceed with the anmelden. The Moving In could be from 1st Oct. or 1st Nov.

To my possible landlord ;-D, I would like to provide some info. about me for your consideration. I have just finished my bachelor degree in History and have graduated from the University of Macau. In this Winter semester, I will join the MA programme of Sinology in Tubingen. I put my research at an important position so that I do prefer a quiet space. Beyond my research, I enjoy travelling, watching films, doing outdoor exercises. I am communicative, but I am definitely not a party person. As for languages, I can only speak Chinese, English, und ein wenig Deutsch (simply the level of a beginner). Therefore, we may have to communicate mainly in English. I do not have either a pet or a plan to get one during my stay in Tuebingen. I like to keep my living space neat, tidy and clean. This is very crucial for me. I do not smoke, but I like to drink wine / beer just for relaxing. Please let me know if you have any other questions about me.
