I am looking for a fully furnished one bedroom apartment with a private bathroom and kitchenette. I will be studying in Jade FH for one semester so I prefer an apartment close to the university. Easy and near transportation and shops, markets, etc... . I need the apartment from around 15/2/2016 till August 2016. I am looking forward to pay maximum 280 Euros for a total rent including heat, electricity, internet and anything else. It is not important to have a balcony or a terrace .
