Looking for a place to stay in Feb

I am a student from Thailand. Currently I am taking a break from the university before I graduate, so I have decided to give a closer look to German cities, while finalizing my thesis. I am looking for an apartment for my February stay (from the first of february to the end of february)
It would be preferable if it is in the center. If not, it is okay. I would prefer to stay somewhere close to major transports - metro, bus stop , tram and so on. I am not a picky type.
I only have one luggage with me, so I kind of expect to have a furnished place. With bed, bedsheet, pillows, and internet!

P.S. I am currently not in the city, and I will only arrive on the first of February. So the option of taking a look of the apartment wouldn't be possible. I might need to ask you to take more photos or you to provide clear details or whatever :)
I am very easy-going so please feel free to ask me anything.
