Queer WG looking for a roomie in 16. Vienna

We are two queer and fun faggots called Hovig (30) and Kem (28) looking for a third roomie in our pretty new Dachgeschosswohnung in 1160 Vienna. We are friends and started a new WG together since June 2023 and hoping you'll be the lucky one to join us.

The flat is located in a very convenient location in the 16th close to gurtel, between Thaliastrasse U and Burgasse/Stadthalle U. Brunnenmarkt is just around the corner and many local shops and cuisins that give a full taste of the 16th districts diversity. A convenient Spar is right under us, with Billa sround the corner and Dm just 5 min walk away. The apartment is on Koppstrasse but get no street noise since we're on top and in the back of the building. The flat is soaked with plenty of sun, which is a plus for you plant lovers and a good way to keep warm in the winter.

We’d love our WG to be a comfortable place that we can call home, somewhere that we can all spend time together but not being codependant of each other. It would be great to create a place in which we can rest, have fun, care for each other, be silly, but also be able to just go to our room if any one of us needs space (no hard feelings).
We’d like to live with someone who understands what its like to live in an environment with neurodivergent and ethnic people and how weird we can be.

We are NOT a nudist flat, but both of us like to be comfy with each other being naked or in underwear all the time (especially - as its a DG flat, it will get very hot in summer). It’s important to us to get to know and support each other in a way, in which we can communicate honestly and openly about our needs, wishes and feelings about our shared home. We also share a strong passion for dancing and music which will probably take place in the living room, Hovig has plenty of records and a piano. Kem has a nice TV and a PS4 with some sweet games. We're neither gamers not musicians but we enjoy those elements in our life.


About Us:

Hovig ( 30) Non Binary (they/them+falafel/hummus) is ethnically Armenian, from Canada, has lived abroad for a while and inVienna for the last 6 years. They are currently on Krankenstand but will be working freelance in the near future. When there, they do enjoy hanging out with others, cooking dinner, having a drink or talking and laughing/being silly. On days they are tired, they might just go sleep. On their free time, Hovig also enjoys going dancing, socialising to whatever capacity they are capable and as well. During the spring summer, gardening and expanding our plantworld in the WG is something Hovig has been working on passionately.

they are into music and would like to go more in the scene but currently sticking to enjoying good music. They are Armenian and love to share about their culture and anything related to it ( there are no wrong questions you can ask when genuinly interested in learning, fyi <3 ) Hilarious, cute, annoying.


Kem (29) is a selfemployed performer and musician, gemini sun, but virgo rising so only annoying 70% of the time. He is quirky and goofy but can be a calm and patient soul too. Most of his time he spends working, organizing, healing and laughing. He is superduperhetero and if he says hes not dont believe him.


Ambika (27) is currently doing her PhD in vienna after stidying at CEU going back to India.
She’s a lively person, who enjoye cooking and is mostl ikely working from uni or from home.

We have moved in this flat since June 2023 and we have worked to make the place beautiful with furniture art and make it more home and there is always time and space for improvement. The balcony this winter is sad we hope to make it beautiful with our plants again and we hope you would be interested in that too.
