The room is large and comfortable, doesn't get too hot in summer or too cold in winter. There is a large mezzanine on which the bed is, which gives a lot of living space in the rest of the room. There is more than enough room for having both an office space to work or study at, and a living space with couches to chill. The room is facing St Elizabeth platz, so the view is very open and beautiful. It is also very well soundproofed, and the neighbours are very respectful anyway.
The room will be free from the end of September onwards, the rent all included is 485€ per month and 1000€ caution. The room comes furnished with a bed, a couch, a chair, a desk, and shelves. Basically every furniture from the pictures.
The flat is located in the 4th district right on the St. Elisabeth-Platz with a big church surrounded by coffee places. Every saturday there is a food-market from local farmers, there are often events and very little traffic, always slow moving. 5 minutes walking from Hauptbahnhof, 5 min walking from Belvedere Park, 15 minutes walking to Karlsplatz, there are lots of public transport connections nearby.
You'll be living with Elda (34) a wild, energetic, cat-loving (but some dogs too) contemporary dancer and Alice (25), who does her phd in organisational psychologie, loves music, is often humming or singing and always in for a beer. Both are very funny and easy going. Helene 33 a spontaneous , open minded actress and student of arts an paedagogics at „Angewandte“ . She loves traveling, moves hardly ever without her bike and in summer you find her often for a swim at the Danube.
We're best described as a chill spontaneous community. We often sit together for a tea, dinner or a beer and talk about everything, politics and ways to change the world and its systems. On Saturdays we like to go to Naschmarkt to explore the fleamarket and the farmers-market.
We speak mostly English in the wg, but we also speak German, French, Italian and Japanese!
Get in touch with us, happy to hear from you:)!
