+++ The flat is part of a social-funded student shelter. Therefore the rent is cheap but you have to be registered as a student in Frankfurt or at HFG in Offenbach. Just to make sure: we are no fraternity!!! +++
The room is NOT furnished and will be available from August 15, 2023 long-term.
We are looking for a -FEMALE- roommate between the ages of 20-30.
The room is in a partly self-organised student housing with four flats and 20 residents in total. It was established to bring together international students and students from Frankfurt and around. The room measures 12 m² and has a balcony towards the sunny south side. Additionally, there is a shared rooftop, a big collective basement and a small garden. THE PHOTO OF THE ROOM IS FROM ANOTHER FLATMATE BUT THE ROOM STRUCTURE IS EXACTLY THE SAME.
There are regular house meetings to which all flats attend to manage basic chores like cleaning but also to organise parties, flea markets etc. from time to time.
The flat is three minutes from the metro station "Kirchplatz" where you find U6 and U7 and the bus line 34. It also 10 minutes by foot to Frankfurt Westbahnhof station where you find S3-4-5-6.
It´s only 10 minutes to the Center of Frankfurt, and the night line also passes Kirchplatz.
The house is placed very close to Leipziger Straße; Campus Bockenheim and Goethe University are nearby.
We are a diverse group of 3 girls and 3 guys, all aged between 24-26, and currently looking for a new female flatmate as Nena is moving out. Our studies cover a mix of different fields, bringing a variety of interests and perspectives to our home.

Our kitchen is the heart of our home, where we love to gather and chat, and it's also a place for fun activities like cooking, eating together, and playing games. We enjoy socializing, but we understand that life can get busy, so there's plenty of space to study and have quiet time in your room when needed. From time to time, we like to host dinners and hang out with our friends, creating a welcoming and social environment in our flat.
Order and cleanliness are important to us, and to keep things running smoothly, we follow a cleaning schedule and make sure the dishes are taken care of daily.
