The room is a 10m2 space that counts with pretty much everything someone could need to live comfortably during the time being. beside the basic stuff as a wordrobe, it also counts with a big screen a Playstation and a collection of book you can read while the time you are there.
The flat counts with a big living room and open kitchen, and also a spacious terrace with a great view from the 11th floor. Something unique about the flat as well is that counts with a fitness area where there is all that is needed to do a comprehensive routine.
The apartment's in a great spot, close to the ring road, just 5 minutes from the M8 and 8 minutes from the M10. And there's the U5 nearby that can take you pretty much anywhere in the city. The neighborhood's super laid-back, with a huge park right next door. You've got a Rewe and Edeka just a 5-minute walk away, and some really good places to grab a bite or find whatever you need.
I'm off to Colombia, leaving my beautiful room for someone who needs a temporary spot to call home. If you're up for taking care of the place from December 15th, 2023, to December 27th, 2024, you're more than welcome!
