The apartment has a total of 3 rooms, all of different sizes. There is a kitchen where the four of us can eat at the table and which has direct access to the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped (including a dishwasher) and was renovated by us last year. The balcony faces the inner courtyard and the sun shines there until midday. As already mentioned, you have access from the kitchen and another room. There is a small toilet and a bathroom with a washbasin and bathtub.
There is also a small cellar room that belongs to the apartment and a bicycle can be parked in the courtyard.
The vacant room is 18m2 in size and is well laid out. It has parquet flooring and the two large windows let in lots of light, making the room feel very bright and warm overall. The room will be handed over unfurnished, but there is the possibility to take over a cardboard bed (without mattress).
The room costs a total of 420€, which includes all costs, including internet, electricity etc. The deposit is 800€ and there is a 250€ deduction for the kitchen.
The apartment is located in the Altstadt-Nord/Ursula-Viertel, between Cologne Central Station and Hansaring. The connection to the public transport is super good. So you can be at the main station, Hansaring or Ebertplatz in just a few minutes by bike or on foot. In the other direction, you can be at Apellhofplatz in 10 minutes. It takes about 15 minutes by bike to Ehrenfeld, the Belgian Quarter or Nippes. There are several shops for groceries at the end of the street (approx. 5 minutes).
Hi! :) As Jona is moving to the other side of the Rhine, there will be two of us left in our three-bed flat share. And we are looking for a new person for the third room.
We are Anne and Charlotte. We're looking forward to getting our shared flat life back on track after we've all been traveling a lot recently.
We like to drink coffee together in our beautiful kitchen, enjoy the sun on our balcony, plant and maintain the balcony together and have already mastered one or two work projects in the shared flat (e.g. the kitchen).
We don't want to be a functional flat share, but also want to spend time together. We can imagine regular evenings with cooking, chatting, playing board games or going out together. We would like to discuss this with you.
About us:
Charlotte is a keen scout and enjoys being outdoors, loves growing plant offshoots and spends a lot of time training in psychotherapy.
Anne works as an editor, sometimes on the road, sometimes in her home office (good for a coffee together in the lunch break :)) and shares Charlotte's love of plants and nature. She is currently planning a longer trip (there might be room for a nice temporary tenant in May-July).
We organize cleaning, garbage and such things via a shared flat app and have had very good experiences with it :)
A feminist and considerate attitude is very important to us, also when living together.
Please write a bit about yourself and what is important to you!
So that we know that you have read this far, please write "balcony table" at the top :)
