The shared apartment is in a newly renovated old building apartment, which is about 120 square meters in size.
The vacant rooms are beautiful and bright and in an old building with high ceilings, stucco and floorboards.
The apartment has 6 rooms, a hallway, a shared kitchen and 2 bathrooms.
The free rooms are about 15 square meters in size in average and two of them have a 3.5 m2 balcony on which the sun shines almost all day in summer.
The rooms will be furnished with a Made-to-measure loft bed, desk, desk chair and closet.
The rooms are suitable for one person only.
The apartment is equipped with a new fitted kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and internet connection.
The kitchen room has just been renewed totally, new floor, paint, electrics. The new kitchen is ordered and on the way. The photo of the Kitchen shows the room before renovation.
All utilities such as gas, water, electricity and internet are included in the rent.
The average rent including utilities is 650 euros.
Registration is no problem.
A safety-deposit of 1,000 euros must be paid before the move-in date.

Good transport links are provided by the M29 bus line within easy reach and the U3 Görlitzer Bahnhof subway station, which connects Kreuzberg with City-West and is just a 5-minute walk away.

In order to create a pleasant atmosphere for everyone, the apartment should be kept tidy. For this reason, the following is unfortunately not permitted:

Furthermore, a cleaner comes once a week to clean the kitchen, both bathrooms and hallways. Everyone shares the costs. (50 Euro, so 8,- EUR each).
We are looking for roommates, who will help pragmatically with the everyday tasks in the shared flat, address any problems or questions in a friendly and open manner and also try to solve them together. Furthermore, we would like someone who sticks to the rules of the shared flat (unfortunately it is not possible without them).
This means that she/he/they/them washes their dishes, leaves the bathroom clean, disposes of the garbage and returns their deposit bottles to the supermarket downstairs regularly.
We are BIPoC and LGBT+ friendly and are of the opinion that open kindness and tolerance are a perquisite for a healthy coexistence.
