Gorgeous Altbau apartment near Ku’damm

Hey, I’ll be traveling to do research for my PhD and you could rent my apartment for one or two months or maybe a bit longer (let’s talk) starting in October or November.
If that works for you, we could also consider renting out the apartment for December and January.

I am pretty flexible regarding move in/ move out dates. Just let me know what would be most convenient for you and I’ll try to work something out.

A few fun facts about my apartment :)

Quiet side street of Bismarckstr, great area with plenty of cafés, restaurants, (movie) theaters,
gorgeous (renovated) house from around 1900,
furnished, balcony, stucco, wooden floorboards, big windows, lots of light, high ceilings, new comfortable sofa, fast WLAN,
living room, bedroom, third room with a kitchen (we use it as an extra room to hang out or as a study), so three rooms in total plus modern bathroom,
washing machine, tumbler/ laundry dryer,
dishwasher,…

It’s perfect for a single person or a couple or two very good friends. Since my neighbors are a bit noise-sensitive and the house is really quiet, I’d prefer a single person (rent would be slightly less) or two people who are looking for a quiet place themselves.

Just drop by in September or October.
