We speak English or German, as you prefer.
LOCATION: 12 minute walk to U1/Hauptbahnhof metro/train station, 5 minute walk to Matzleinsdorferplatz train station, 3 minute walk to tram station Kliebergasse (lines 1, 18, 62 towards Karlsplatz and Westbahnhof).
THE ROOM: furnished with bed, closet, desk (see pictures), ~23 m2, innenhofseitig (facing the quiet northern courtyard). Move-in date May 1 (earlier might work too, e.g. middle of April). 450 monthly rent "warm" (all-in: heating, wifi, ...).
THE APARTMENT: there is a living room and balcony (and of course kitchen, toilet, bathroom with washing machine). You'd be sharing the apartment with me.
YOUR FLATMATE: You'll be sharing the apartment with me. I'm Freddie, engineer by education, now entrepreneur, age 40. I'm considered a friendly guy, sociable, upbeat, but also like lots of quiet time to recharge and to work.
Important: I like to keep the place clean, and that will only work if you have the same mindset. This means if we use the kitchen, toilet, bathroom, ... and made a mess, we clean up after ourselves (principle: leave it the way we found it... more or less). I know there are wonderful WG's where people let the dirt pile up for weeks between cleanings, but this is not that kind of WG ;)
Also, it would be good if our sleeping times are somewhat similar, because the walls are very thin and we don't want to wake each other up, right? I get up at 6 and go to sleep at 10-11pm. Of course there will be times when you or I want to stay up much later, those days let's be quiet so the other person doesn't wake up.
If you're interested, please leave me a message with:
1. please tell me that you read what I wrote :)
2. please tell me your thoughts about the 2 things I mentioned in my last paragraph: cleaning and approximate sleep times
3. a few sentences about yourself, what you need/want in a WG :)
