Lage
The room is spacious, originally unfurnished, with a window view directly to the centre of Freising. WiFi & heating available. Room will be furnished with 185€ furniture takeover (to be discussed later).
The flat is shared by two great flatmates, Anna (21) and Antonia (26), whom are doing their studies in Freising. They will be there for the next 2-3 years. They are very friendly and are often in between Munich and Freising. We are a functional WG, so we occasionally hang out and talk, otherwise we go on with our daily routines without interruption. The WG has a clean policy, so the flatshare should be clean all the time, especially the shared spaces.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor, so make sure you have some endurance and stamina as there are no elevators :)

The WG is in the centre of the old town of Freising, so it is very central. Edeka, DM, and REWE are a 7 min walk away. Many restaurants/bakeries/cafes/shops in the vicinity as you walk out into the centre. 5 min away from the nearest bus stop, and 10 mins away from Freising HBF. Very convenient location. It can be loud in the summer due to festivals and concerts, given the apartment is very central.
