WG Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete 15.04.-31.05. in neugegründeter Zweier-WG

Die Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stock eines 3-Familien Hauses in der Nähe der Wilhelm-Kaisen-Oberschule, ca 4 Gehminuten entfernt von der Haltestelle Huckelriede, von wo aus man mit der 4 sowie verschiedenen Stadtbus- und Regionalbuslinien schnell in der Stadt ist. Zur Hochschule oder zum Hauptbahnhof braucht man ca 20min, zur Uni ca 35-40min mit der Bahn/ dem Bus. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße, und zu Fuß ist man in wenigen Gehminuten am Werdersee.


The apartment is on the second floor of a 3-family house near the Wilhelm-Kaisen-Oberschule, about a 4-minute walk from the Huckelriede stop, from where you can quickly reach the city with the 4 and various city bus and regional bus lines. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the university or the main train station and about 35-40 minutes to the university by train/bus. The apartment is located in a quiet side street, and the Werdersee lake is just a few minutes' walk away.

Du würdest zusammen mit mir, Antonia, wohnen. Ich bin 25 Jahre alt und studiere momentan an der Uni Bremen Englisch, Inklusionspädagogik und Mathe auf Lehramt, und schreibe dieses Semester meine Bachelorarbeit. In meiner Freizeit bin ich gern an der Frischen Luft, Lese gerne, treffe mich mit Freund*innen auf einen Kaffee oder spiele Brettspiele. Außerdem reise ich gerne, und war letztes Jahr ein Jahr lang von meinem Studium aus im Ausland. Ich ernähre mich vegetarisch.

Ich habe Lust, dass es sich nicht nur um eine Zweck-WG handelt sondern wir ab und an gemeinsam etwas essen/ unternehmen, wie es passt. :) Dadurch dass ich neben meinem Studium auch in Teilzeit arbeite, bin ich allerdings auch recht viel unterwegs während der Woche, und oft erst abends daheim.


You would live with me, Antonia. I am 25 years old and am currently studying English, Inclusive Education and Maths at the University of Bremen, and am writing my Bachelor's thesis this semester. In my free time I like to be out in the fresh air, read, meet up with friends for a coffee or play board games. I also enjoy traveling and last year I spent a year abroad from my studies. I eat a vegetarian diet.

I would like it to be more than just a functional flat share, we can eat/do something together from time to time as it suits. :) Because I work part-time alongside my studies, I'm also on the road quite a lot during the week and often only get home in the evening.

Internationals sind willkommen, ich spreche Deutsch, Englisch und grundlegendes Spanisch , und versuche parallel Italienisch zu lernen. :)
