i offer you a very nice, small room in my apartment,not far away from the metro station U9 ,only 150 meters in a very nice and quiet area in this part of Berlin.the super market and nice cafe shops and Boutique is very closed from the apartment
in the room there is a bed as well.the pictures that I have on the profile is old.
hot water,hitter is very well day and night
the Internet conection is not perfect.
this place is warm,clean and with all facilities .
parking in the street is free in case that you have a car.
the place is very close to the central station Hauptbahnhof only 7 minutes with the bus 245 or TXL .
i will like to offer you that room first for the next 6 month.
the prolongation can be possible is depend of you.
you can see the apartment and the room every time .just call and we make appointment with you and then you can see it.

The metro station Turmstrasse or Birkenstrasse U9 is very near from the place only 150 meters
The buss station is in Turmstrasse.
The Buss TXL go in 7 minutes to Hauptbahnhof,central train station in Berlin and then in 20 minutes to Alexanderplatz.
In Turmastrasse you can find the buss TXL,Buss 245,Buss 125 and more
Supermarket is 70 meters far.
bars and cafe shops around.
the apartment is on the 2 floor.you can use kitchen and shower 24 hours day and night.
i am very easy going person and you must be the same.i like to have silence in the apartment after 11 pm because i will like to start a senior nurse school and i will need to wake up every day at 7.30 am except Saturday and Sunday.
in case you want to respect my conditions you are welcome to see the apartment and to met each other.
i cannot promise you to see you every day in case you live with me in the place because i have many things to do and i am not every minute in the place.
