Following a new job appointment I will leave my flat in Berlin on October 31st. I am currently looking for someone to sublet it for two months in September and October before termination of the contract. I am not based in Berlin anymore but will need to be back occasionally (around 1-2 weekends a month).
You will have the entire flat at your disposal except for my bedroom, i.e. two rooms for your sole use and living room and kitchen for common use (see plan). Your rooms are furnished with shelf, wardrobe, desks and drawers, and you need a bed for yourself (in case you don't have a bed, I have a comfortable air mattress or a mattress that I can lend you). Kitchen and living room are fully equipped/furnished with washing machine, coffee machine and all you need to cook; big comfortable sofa with home cinema plus Amazon Video; high-speed WiFi is available.
The area is quiet but well connected (15 min from Alexander Platz with tram M5 or M6, Ringbahn S-Landsberger Allee close by, nice park in front of the door, Kaufland and Rewe at walking distance). I am looking for a very responsible person to take good care of the flat for these two final months, possibly a young professional in a similar situation as mine.
Price is 500 euro per month all included. No registration possible unfortunately. I will ask one month deposit that you'll get back at the end. I (34, m) am a former researcher and now professional in academic publishing. Since some months I work and live in The Netherlands but travel back to Berlin regularly. I will give up the flat at the end of October, and look for someone for these last two months to take over the rent. I will be back 2 weekends/months at most, otherwise the flat is free for your sole use (except my bedroom). I am looking for a person I can thrust with my flat.

I calculated the 30 m² size by adding your rooms (ca. 17 m²) to half of the size of the shared rooms (ca. 13 m²). As mentioned I won't be back in Berlin often, so you can enjoy almost all the flat for yourself almost all the time. In case you have a tight budget, I am open to discuss a reduction in the monthly price given the temporary accommodation.
