Room for sublet from 22/04/24 - 31/05/24.
The room is 16.8 m2 in size and offers a beautiful view of our shared house garden. Because it's located at the back, it's very quiet. In addition, the window front faces west, so you can often see fantastic sky colours and beautiful sunsets in the evenings. The wide window front makes the room bright and offers lots of light and space, for example. also ideal for plants. As you can see in the pictures, the room offers plenty of space to store all sorts of stuff ^^
Otherwise about the apartment:
We have a large kitchen with your own fridge compartment and shelf compartment. And a dishwasher (very important for wg life). We have our own washing machine in the basement. There is also a garden for general use and a garage for storing bicycles. If you have a car, there are also very good parking spaces in front of the house. In summer it is also super cool on our pretty large balcony. There is plenty of space here for growing vegetables and herbs, for grilling or for movie nights on the couch.

Our wg is situated in Eppelheim, 7 minted walk from the Jakobsgasse Bahn station and 15 minutes walk from the Pfaffengrund/Wieblingen S-Bahn Station. With the bike (recommended for Spring!), you can be in Bismarkplatz in 20 minutes. It also provides within 1km a Rewe, Aldi, Kaufland and several smaller food stores. The pharmacy is just a few houses down and there are plenty of house doctors in the area:) you may not find much forest super close but there are really lovely fields near by if you want to be surrounded by greenery, (or our garden ;)!
About the wg:
We are a primarily English speaking wg, as two flatmates don't speak German. Federica (24) is from Italy and is currently taking her C1 German exam to apply to do a second bachelor's here in Germany. Büsra (32) from Turkey is finished with her first semester of her Master's in Dance and Moment Therapy. Freddy (28) from the UK/Turkey is midway through his Master's studies in Molecular Plant Biology. And Carl (23) from Germany is finishing his Bachelors in Political Science. As you can probably tell, we are a very diverse WG with passions including dancing, board games, watching movies and crafting. We are looking for someone open, clean and friendly to join us for 2.5 months :)
