Your room contains 30 m2 and is the most beautiful room in our lovely apartment. There are little ornaments above the door and there is enough light coming in through the big window.

You will be living with wonderful people – with Merle (25), Tania (31), David (32) and Alex (30). Merle is studying pedagocial psychology and is currently doing an internship in a psychosomatic clinic. She is a really warmhearted, lovely and funny person, is taking a guilty pleasure in watching reality-tv at times and is always open to engage in fun activities. One of her many impressive skills is, that she speaks Turkish on an intermediate level and she has a lot of curiousity towards other cultures. Tania comes from Ecuador and is currently writing her PHD. She is a seismologist and is therefor an earthquakes-expert (how cool is that?). She is a really cool person in general and you can always talk to her about no matter what. If you will ever get sick, she will be the first one to offer to go to the supermarket or the pharmacy for you. David is from Colombia and is currently going to language school to study German. He is working at an alternative travel agency that plans individualized travels through Colombia. He is one of those people that is just really talented in many areas. Not only is he good with plants but everything he touches in the kitchen turns into gold- no matter whether referring to his grilled pineapple, his guacamole – even his Aperol Spritz tastes better than mine :-D David is a really heartfelt person and you can laugh with him all day long if you want to. It is very likely that you will spend many evenings with him in the kitchen with a good glass of wine and interesting conversation. Alex is our latest addition to the WG as he has just moved in this August. He is an actual „Berliner“ which is something rare these days haha. Alex works in urban development and is a film enthusiast which can be easily recognized by his collection of 500+ DVDs. With Alex, you can have beer tastings of rare craft-beer or bake lovely cakes. Alex is a very communicative and open-minded relaxed guy.
This WG is really one of a kind which is why I am also a little heart-broken that I am moving out. It is important for the WG to be considerate of one another’s feelings and needs and to have an open and honest dialogue. With the WG you can have conversations about all sorts of things while having a glass of red whine or tea but everybody is free to go to their room and enjoy their alone time whenever they want. This summer, the „Wild Westend Film Festival“ has been initiated which means that the WG likes to watch movies together and discuss them afterwards. There are also regular WG dinners happening.
The WG is really relaxed about having guests over but I would like to point out that it is NOT a party WG ;-) Since David and Tania don’t have German as a first language, the main language in the WG spoken is English. That shouldnt be a problem for you. The two of them study German and are eager to learn more and if you may even know a little Spanish, then that would be perfect (not required though ;-)).
You are 25 years or older and would like to live in a familiar international flat? Your wild days are behind your or if not, you wouldn’t mind outsourcing your wilde side to the Berlin bars and clubs? You are intending to stay for a year or longer and you don’t mind a cleaning schedule? Then get in touch with us and tell us more about you. The more effort you put into describing yourself vividly and the more you explain to us why you feel like you would be a great fit for this exact WG, the more likely it is that we would like to get to know you.

The apartment includes a big balcony where you can have BBQs in the summer or sleep outside (since there is even enough room for a double mattress :)). The highlight of the WG is the huge living room which includes a dinner table (for your first post-corona dinner party), a sofa and a beamer (so that you can binge -watch your favorite shows on the big screen). The kitchen includes a dish washer and loads of equipment which you are free to use. The bathroom contains a big bathtub and a washing machine.
Before moving in, a fee of 125€ needs to be paid for the washing machine, the dish washer, the projector and the furniture in the common areas.
You could move in starting on the 5th of September. If you need to bring your furniture and boxes over before that, we can store them in the living room though. If you need a place to sleep starting from the 1st of September, we could somehow make that happen as well.
~ We are looking forward to hearing from you and getting to know you 🙂~
