Wir sind auf der Suche nach einem neuen Flatmate, um unserem schönen Zuhause in der Schwalbacher Straße beizutreten – und vielleicht bist du das!

Über die Wohnung:
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt ca. 110 m2 groß und bietet viel Platz zum Wohnen und Fühlen zu Hause. Ihr zukünftiges Zimmer ist ca. 14 qm, hell und gemütlich mit einem großen Fenster gegenüber der Tür, die in viel natürliches Licht den ganzen Tag lässt. Der Boden ist schön Parkett und – wie fast die gesamte Wohnung – hat Fußbodenheizung, was es super bequem im Winter macht. Ein besonderer Bonus: Sie haben direkten Zugang zum Balkon!

Es gibt einen geräumigen gemeinsamen Bereich, zwei Abstellräume in der Wohnung und sogar einen Abstellraum auf dem Balkon – so gibt es viel Platz für alle Ihre Sachen.

Das Zimmer ist ab 1. Juni verfügbar.
Es ist unmöbliert und die Mietdauer beträgt 6 Monate mit der Möglichkeit zu verlängern.

Über uns:
Wir sind Chris (griechisch/deutsch), Camilla (Italienisch) und Luisa (deutsch) – offen, freundlich und sozial. Wir freuen uns, gemeinsam Dinge zu tun, sei es Kochen, spontane Barnächte, Netflix Abende oder Chilling mit einem Glas Wein am Rhein. Freunde sind immer willkommen, und wir schätzen ehrliche und offene Kommunikation.

Was wir suchen:
Wir suchen jemanden, der warm, offen und echt ist – jemand, der in einem gemeinsamen Raum lebt, aber auch seine eigene ruhige Zeit wert ist. Ihr Zimmer ist natürlich Ihr persönlicher Rückzugsort, aber wir lieben auch ein Gefühl der Gemeinschaft – sei es spontaner Clubbing, eine lustige Nacht draußen oder einfach nur entspannen als Gruppe zu Hause.

Die Miete beträgt 450 € pro Monat (inklusive).

We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our lovely home on Schwalbacher Straße – and maybe that’s you!

About the apartment:
The apartment is about 110 sqm in total and offers plenty of space to live and feel at home. Your future room is approx. 14 sqm, bright and cozy with a large window opposite the door that lets in lots of natural light throughout the day. The floor is beautiful parquet and – like almost the entire apartment – has underfloor heating, which makes it super comfy in winter. A special bonus: you’ll have direct access to the balcony!

There’s a spacious common area, two storage rooms inside the apartment, and even a storage space out on the balcony – so there’s plenty of room for all your things.

The room will be available starting June 1st.
It is unfurnished and the rental period is 6 months with the possibility to extend.

About us:
We are Chris (Greek/German), Camilla (Italian), and Luisa (German) – open, friendly and social. We enjoy doing things together, whether it’s cooking, spontaneous bar nights, Netflix evenings, or chilling with a glass of wine by the Rhine. Friends are always welcome, and we value honest and open communication.

What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone warm, open, and genuine – someone who enjoys living in a shared space, but also values their own quiet time. Your room is, of course, your personal retreat, but we also love a sense of community – be it spontaneous clubbing, a fun night out, or just relaxing as a group at home.

The rent is €450 per month (all-inclusive).
