The room is small but fully furnished with bed, desk and closet. The kitchen is equipped with all essential kitchenware and cuttery. What I like the most is the spacious sheltered balcony! It's attached to another room, but the door is alway open:) Basically the flat has all the daily neccesities which makes moving in extremely easy. It's an ideal choice for you whom plan only a short stay and don't want to worry too much about settling.
!!as my agreement with the landlady, in September, you will move to the next (in my opionion, a btter) room, pm for more info!!
- Transportation - The place is at a convenint location only 3 Miniutes walk to U2 Kaiserdam station and 5 minutes walk to Sbahn Messe Nord / ICC (Witzleben), 8 minutes on bike brings you to Sbahn Charlottenburg.
- Grocery shop - REWE located 500 meters away, approximately 5 min walk. Few more steps you'll find a Lidl.
- Neighborhood - Charlottenburg garden and Leitzensee offers nice walks in the green zone. Hop on U bahn, you'll have a great choice of restaurants and bars at Uhlandstraße and Bismarkstraße
The room is available earliest on the 6th of August. Please contact only if you intend to take the room for BOTH August and September. Finally, a small bonus, the landlady is really kind, you have the chance to borrow her bike which is most of the time free to use ;)
