The room with the tree view, how we call it, comes with direct sun in the morning. So it is quite a bright room, but therefore it is facing the street side of the flat. So you will hear the street a bit, but you can get used to it quite fast.
It will be unfurnished, but of course the bunk bed, which is more like a second level part of the room, will stay inside. So if you have a mattress, your bed is ready.
The two big windows face the beautiful lime tree, at the moment even with a bird's nest on eye-level.
The room is free on the 15th November.
1 minute and you can jump into the lake.
30 seconds and you're at the Späti.
2 minutes and you're at the supermarket and the Albertinenstraße tram station.
15 minutes and you're at Alexanderplatz.
25 minutes and you're in the fields.
Directly downstairs, a new Portuguese café opened with delicious coffee and pastries.
Weissensee is a rather chill area with a lot of green in the surrounding.
In search of open-minded individuals, who don't measure their happiness in life by material things and usually and preferably think outside the box, love colourful cultural and art projects, reject patriarchal structures, who enjoy colourful vegetables more than plastic meat...
We live by the principle of a shared fridge and sharing of general WG goods, and get our delicious organic vegetables and unpackaged dry goods cheaply from a food co-op (100€/month, covers everything except individual luxury goods), which includes bulk shopping for everyone once a month and about two shop services/cleaning services a year. We would be happy if you would participate. We eat mainly vegan-vegetarian and would be happy if this is also important to you.
We create a home for ourselves in which being together and alone time are wonderfully intertwined. Our kitchen is the meeting point for communal cooking and eating, coffee talks and just getting together.
Umi, who just got her Master's degree in theatre studies, comes from Indonesia and enriches our kitchen again and again with delicious delicacies. At the moment, she's going back and forth between various theatre projects and the balancing resting place of reading and refuelling nature.
Rodrigo, works with Thai yoga massages and in a restaurant, he likes to play music and do serigraphy and go to concerts, he comes from the south of Chile.
Helen, is currently working on a master's degree (socio-cultural studies) and has thus just dived back into the life of a student, moving between feminist politics, cosy afternoons with knitting and listening to audiobooks, long walks through the city or nature, and likes to live out her creative streak in freestyle cooking. She comes from Germany and grew up in Dortmund.
