1 room apartment in Tempelhof (sublet with potential takeover)

Please read. I cancelled my contract until the 30th of September 2024. So from June to September you would be subletting the place from me. Thats around 3 months. After September you can take potentially over as the main tenant for as long as you like. Rent is 820 including Wifi and everything. Its fully furnished, with balcony and everything. Mostly students and young proffessionals living in the building.

I dont care about Schufa (request now) but the apartment managment do care so you gotta have that i think for when we make the sublet contract together.

Es ist voll möbliert, mit Balkon und allem. In dem Gebäude wohnen vor allem Studenten und junge Berufstätige.

Schufa (request now) ist mir egal, aber die Wohnungsverwaltung interessiert sich dafür, also muss man das haben, wenn wir den Untermietvertrag zusammen machen.
