The apartment has a big bed room with an attached kitchen and bathroom. I found the apartment perfect for a single person. I was very happy to stay here, but since I am leaving Germany at the end of June, I would like to hand over it to another tenant. You can have the contract from 1st July, 2022 for an unlimited time.
The apartment is located in a very nice location in Lichtenberg. It is very close to a Tram station, 2 minute away from Landsberger Allee S-bahn station and 11 minute from Alexanderplatz (Tram M5 or M6).
Only expectation from my side:
I got the apartment unfurnished from the landlord and needed to buy myself all the furnitures for bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. Since I am leaving Germany, it would not be possible for me to take away the furnitures. Therefore, if you like to have the apartment you have to buy the furnitures also.
I would like to sell the furnitures at 1500 Euro. The price seems very high, but the apartment is full furnished now and I think you do not need to buy anything else if you have them. I will provide you the list of the furnitures when you visit the apartment.
If you are interested to rent the apartment and ready to buy the furnitures with 1500 Euro, please contact me as soon as possible.
To rent the apartment, you need to submit the following documents to the landlord.
