Gern biete ich hier meine möblierte Einzimmerwohnung für Pendler ab dem 01.07.2019 an.
Da ich am Wochenende öfter mal nach Berlin kommen will, wäre die Wohnung begrenzt auf Montag bis Freitag. Man erreicht sie wunderbar (Bahn: S41/42/9/7/75 Bus:M19/29/X10/104 Ubhf: U7)
Sie hat einen Balkon, eine Wanne und einen Induktionsherd. Perfekt für eine Person. Meine Möbel werde ich drin lassen, hier handelt es sich um ein Bett 2x2m, kleine Schränke, Couch, Esstisch etc pp.
I offer my tiny flat at the central Kurfürstendamm for people who are in Berlin from Mondays to Fridays. At the weekends I’ll be in Berlin sometimes, so it’s only for people who work in Berlin during the weeks and who are somewhere else sometimes in the weekend.
The flat is very central and of course you can use all the furniture, it’s included.
Gelegen am Kudamm: nahe Adenauerplatz u7, Ringbahn, S charlottenburg s5,7,75,9; und am m19/29,104, x10 bus.
Rewe und Rossmann direkt vor der Tür. Essen gehen kann man hier auch überall.
The flat is very central: you have the S 5/7/75/9 (S Charlottenburg) S41/42 (Halensee) the Bus M29/19/104/x10 (Halensee) and the underground U7 ( Adenauerplatz)
Da ich nur wen zur Zwischenmiete als Pendler suche: Ich bleibe hier angemeldet, ihr müsstet Eure Post also auch c/o bestellen, falls ihr das wollt und Euch mit einem Abkommen zwischen uns Beiden einverstanden fühlen. Mein Bruder wäre in Berlin die Ansprechperson wenn was ist.
