We are two working students:
Ramy (25) is originally from Milan and is doing his master in Design at the UdK. Loves philosophy, art, poetry, travelling and being in nature.
Oliver (28) from Malaga, studied business psychology and is currently working for a Berlin-based company.

Well connected through U-bahn (U5) - Samariterstraße, Tram and the S-bahn ( Frankfurter Allee and Ostkreuz ).
So it's ideal for people that need a short time solution, are attending a course or need some time to organize their future stay in Berlin.
The apartment is fully equipped and has all you need in order to live comfortably.
Both the kitchen and the bathroom have been recently renovated and have been designed to make the common spaces more efficient.
If needed, it’s possible to have two big beds that can be installed in the 2 available rooms of the apartment. Please, speak these details in advance.
The living room consists of a sofa, a big wardrobe, a television, a big white desk and 2 office chairs.
The bedroom has a big bed, a lamp, and a wardrobe.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a brand-new washing machine and cooking platform.
The bathroom consists of a big bathtub and a big mirror.
it's possible to visit the apartment on request.
The total amount would be 1250, everything included.
