1-room apartment with furniture
I only respond to requests that comply with the owner's requirements and include the required documents and confirmation of the takeover of the furniture at the specified price.
I offer my nice, quiet 1-room apartment (with high bed and separate kitchen) to take over. The apartment has an equipped kitchen (without oven) and a bathroom, with the shower in the kitchen.
Important: The takeover is only possible against a distance payment of 3000€ for the kitchen and the entire furnishing (incl. high bed, daybed/sofa, dresser, wardrobe, lamps, carpet etc.). I have invested a lot of work & money in the apartment, and apartment and furniture are in a good condition. The price is therefore not negotiable.
I will propose to the landlord only renting interests who declare themselves ready to take over the furniture and can present the following documents:
- ID card (front and back)
- Rental certificate of the current landlord
- Schufa (request now) (not older than three months)
- Last three grades (the monthly net income must be at least three times the cold rental of 473€ = 1419€)

1-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Möbelübernahme
Ich beantworte nur Anfragen, die den Anforderungen des Vermieters entsprechen, und die benötigten Dokumente und eine Bestätigung der Übernahme der Möbel zum angegebenen Preis beinhalten.
Ich biete meine hübsche, ruhig zum Hinterhof gelegene 1-Zimmer Wohnung (mit Hochbett und separater Küche) zur Übernahme an. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine ausgestattete Küche (ohne Backofen) und ein Badezimmer, wobei sich die Dusche in der Küche befindet.
Wichtig: Die Übernahme ist nur möglich gegen einen Abstandszahlung von 3000€ für die Küche und die gesamte Möblierung (inkl. Hochbett, Tagesbett/Sofa, Kommode, Kleiderschrank, Lampen, Teppich etc.). Ich habe viel Arbeit & Geld in die Wohnung investiert, und Wohnung und Möbel sind in einem guten Zustand. Der Preis ist daher nicht verhandelbar.
Ich werde dem Vermieter ausschließlich Mietinteressenten vorschlagen, die sich zur Übernahme der Möbel bereit erklären und folgende Dokumente vorlegen können:
- Personalausweis (Vorder- und Rückseite)
- Mietschuldenfreitsbescheinigung des aktuellen Vermieters
- Schufa-Auskunft (nicht älter als drei Monate)
- Letzten drei Gehaltsnachweise (das monatliche Nettoeinkommen muss mindestens das Dreifache der Kaltmiete von 473€ = 1419€ betragen)

Drogerie, Supermarkt, etc. befinden sich direkt um die Ecke, sowie eine Menge Bars & Restaurants.

Very centrally located, right next to the Jessner Straße tram stop. 5 minutes from the Frankfurter Tor S-Bahn station.
A drugstore, supermarket, etc., as well as numerous bars and restaurants, are just around the corner.
