The apartment is located in an Altbau, very spacious with high ceilings (3,30m), right across a buddhist temple in Friedrichshain with quiet surrounding. It has a small entry way, kitchen, big bathroom and a sleeping/ living room with a separate platform. The kitchen is from Reform/Ikea Design is called 'Surface' in Smoked Oak and includes a small fridge, induction stove, oven, a washing machine, a bin organizer, sink and faucet.
In the living/sleeping room you can find a platform which can be used for the bed or as storage solution. It provides approximately another 6 sqm to the apartment. This room as well as the kitchen are facing the street with east orientation.
The bathroom is also very spacious and is orientated towards the back of the house with the West sun in the evening.

On Saturday and Sunday you'll have the weekly farmers market and Fleamarket at Boxhagener Platz.
Yoga studios, Gyms, cute Cafés, Restaurants and Bars are all around and reachable in a few minutes.
