Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Hauptraum, der als Wohn- und Schlafzimmer dient. Am Wohnzimmer angrenzend befindet sich ein Balkon. Die Küche verfügt über eine Spüle, einen Kühlschrank und zwei Kochplatten. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Dusche und eine Waschmaschine.
Das Bett im Wohnzimmer hat die Maße ist 135cm x 195cm.
Rauchen in der Wohnung, Parties und Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt. Vom Untermieter/der Untermieterin wird erwartet, dass die Wohnung ausschließlich zum Wohnen genutzt wird, diese sauber gehalten wird und kein Lärm, der Nachbarn stören könnte, verursacht wird.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral in der Nähe des Volkspark Friedrichshain. Die Straßenbahnstation (8 min Fahrt vom Alexanderplatz entfernt) ist in 4 Gehminuten erreicht.
Friedrichshain verfügt über eine Vielzahl von schönen Cafés und tollen Plätzen. Alles für den täglichen Bedarf findet man in Laufnähe.

The bed has a size of 135x195cm.
Smoking, partying and pets are not allowed; please be a responsible and quite subtenant who keeps the flat clean.
Friedrichshain is a central district of Berlin. You can reach various U-Bahn, S-Bahn and bus stations in a short amount of time.
The basic rent for the apartment will be altogether 650€ and it includes broadcasting fees, WiFi, electricity.
Necessary documents: ID, last three pay slips, proof of liability insurance, SCHUFA (request now) (if available).
The deposit will be 500€ and has to be paid in advance. No registration and no change of name on the letter box or door is possible.
