Hi, I'm looking for someone to take over my contract for my studio apartment.
Min rental duration 1 year.
Anmeldung is possible and you will rent it directly from buildings company.
The move in time is not decided yet because it depends on the company's decision. Might be in March.
It's located on the 2nd floor and there is an elevator.
It is a furnished 1 room studio apartment. You have your own kitchen and toilet. Kitchen is in the same room.
There is a bed that is 200x140cm. There is fridge, microwave, stove and sink in the kitchen. You can not connect dishwasher. There is a washing and drying machine in the basement. It's 2.65 EUR for washing and 2.10 EUR for drying.
Even though Gesundbrunnen area is not very quiet but where the apartment is located is quiet because it's a bit far from main road.
My neighbors are nice and there is a common area that you can use. Please start writing your message with your favorite animal to see you read all of this and interested in renting. There are sofas and tables you can use. There is big kitchen in common area which you need to pay deposit to use it. The common area closes at 22.00
The apartment is 23.88 meter square. It is a bit bigger than the pictures.
Warm rent is 866 Euros. The internet included. Electrictiy is excluded. I'm paying 42euros for the electricity, which you need to have a contract on your own.

Eine Anmeldung ist möglich und die Anmietung erfolgt direkt bei der Baufirma.
Der Zeitpunkt des Umzugs steht noch nicht fest, da er von der Entscheidung des Unternehmens abhängt.
Es befindet sich im 2. Stock und es gibt einen Aufzug.
Es handelt sich um eine möblierte 1-Zimmer-Studiowohnung. Sie haben Ihre eigene Küche und Toilette. Die Küche befindet sich im selben Raum.
Es gibt ein Bett mit den Maßen 200 x 140 cm. In der Küche gibt es einen Kühlschrank, eine Mikrowelle, einen Herd und eine Spüle. Sie können keinen Geschirrspüler anschließen. Im Keller befindet sich eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner. Für das Waschen fallen 2,65 EUR und für das Trocknen 2,10 EUR an.
Obwohl die Gegend um Gesundbrunnen nicht sehr ruhig ist, ist die Lage der Wohnung ruhig, da sie etwas weit von der Hauptstraße entfernt liegt.
Meine Nachbarn sind nett und es gibt einen Gemeinschaftsraum, den man nutzen kann.
