Hello, I am looking for singles or couples to take over my 35m2 apartment in Gesundbrunnen as early as 15th December 2020. Ideally, I am handing in the recommendation (Mieterselbstaudkunft) in the last week of November. The house is open for viewing, online or in-person, anytime until then. Please make sure you have ALL of the following documents ready to secure your reservation:
- Income statement of the last 3 months (Einkommensnachweise der letzten drei Monate/ bei Selbständigen: letzter Steuerbescheid)
- Employment contract (Anstellungs-/Arbeitsvertrag, mit Angabe einer event. Befristung des Beschäftigungsverhältnisses)
- Schufa (request now) (Aktuelle Schufa (request now) -Selbstauskunft)
- Pre-lease certificate (Vormietbescheinigung, zur Bestätigung der Mietschuldenfreiheit)
- Copy of your identity (Kopie v. Personalausweis o. Pass)
The apartment is furnished but you can also choose an empty space when moving in. All details shall be discussed via viewing.
The building is 5 min walk from U-Bahn and 8 min walk from S-Bahn station Gesundbrunnen. You cannot find a better spot with all kinds of supermarkets around, Lidl, Rewe, Kaufland and Turkish. Shopping centre Gesundbrunnen-Center and park Humboldthain are both in walking distance.
The rent only includes heating and water. Electricity and internet are separated. This is an unlimited contract and registration (Anmeldung) is available.
