Die Wohnung hat ein schön geschnittenes, großes Zimmer mit drei Fenstern über Eck, Bad mit Wanne, Küche und eine Vorratskammer, insgesamt 43 Quadratmeter und 3 m Deckenhöhe. In dem Schlaf-/ Wohnzimmer würde ich gerne den Schrank stehen lassen, das Bett nehme ich mit. Alles Andere können wir nach Absprache entscheiden.
Die Bilder zeigen den jetzt eingerichteten Zustand, Bilder und Deko werden noch abgehängt.
Haustiere sind erlaubt, Rauchen nicht.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Wald und ist trotzdem gut angebunden, es sind drei Stationen bis zum S-Bahnhof Köpenick und insgesamt von meiner Haustür bis zur Friedrichstraße circa 35-40 Minuten.

Es gibt eine gemeinsam genutzte Außenfläche/ einen Garten mit Bänken, wo man in Ruhe lesen kann.

Es liegt eine schriftliche Bestätigung des Vermieters vor, dass ich befugt bin, meine Wohnung zu vermieten. Anmeldung beim Bürgeramt ist daher kein Problem, ich stelle eine Einzugsbestätigung aus. Klingelschild wird auch gemacht. Alles Weitere in persönlicher Absprache :)
