You can see Gleisdreieck Park when you leave the house, Victoria park is less than 10min by walk, you are in the middle of everything Gyms, Cafes, Restaurants, Bars, Clubs, it's all in the neighbourhood. Simply one of the best locations in all of Berlin.

While the 4OG without elevator dosen't sound inviting, the view into the night-sky, and the sunlight kissing you awake in the summer make up for it ;)

The apartment will comespartially furnished, for which you won't have to pay. Kitchen, gas stove, oven, fridge, bed, washing-machine, shelves, desk ect. For me the additional costs (Gas, Energy ect.) I payed around ~80,00€ per month.

The first contract will be for 1 year minimum, after that (August 2025) there might be an option for an open contract, but that is only an option. For now = 12 months.

A last note: If you want your application to stand out, anyone who can offen to pay the rent upfront will be favorised, as I am asked the same for the apartment I’ll be moving to in California.
