I rent my 1-room flat with balcony from 13.11.2013 – 19.11.2013.
The small district where you will live is 'Alt-Treptow' right between Kreuzberg and Neukölln, at the canal.
You will have a small, casually furnitured flat for your own;
a bed (for a single person or a couple), sheets, blanket, pillow, additional matresse for a guest, 2 small sofas. Use of the kitchen and everything that it contains (spices, coffee,..etc)
The bus station is 1 minute walking from my house (bus 194, going to hermannplatz). Just by walking you quickly reach Neukölln and the 'Schlesische Straße' in Kreuzberg. Friedrichshain is quite close as well – just check out the map.
As all my private stuff stays in the flat and i stand surety for the keys (150€ each) i take 300€ caution from you.
After receiving my keys back and everything is in order you certainly get your caution back in cash.
I would like to hand over the keys to you in the evening of 12.11.
