Ich bin für einen Monat nicht in Berlin und vermiete meine schöne 1-Zimmer Wohnung in Berlin-Kreuzberg. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön geschnitten mit einem großen Zimmer und Küche und Bad separat.
Gerne vermiete ich die Wohnung auch an mehrere Personen, es gibt jedoch wirklich nur ein Zimmer und keine Rückzugsmöglichkeiten.
Meine Möbel und Sachen bleiben in der Zeit natürlich in der Wohnung, aber ich werde schauen, dass ich etwas Platz für euch schaffe.

I'm leaving Berlin for a month and I'm renting out my lovely, furnished one-bedroom flat. The flat has a good layout with a spacious room and separate kitchen and bathroom.
Die Wohnung liegt im wunderschönen Graefekiez. Cafés, Bars und schöne Geschäfte sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt.
Eine Haltstelle des M41 gibt es an der Straßenecke. Zu den nächsten U-Bahnen sind es 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß. Auf diese Weise ist die Wohnung immer gut erreichbar.
Direkt um die Ecke gibt es einen Supermarkt (Netto), und ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß eine ganze Auswahl von Supermärkten und Geschäften (Aldi, Edeka, Bauhaus).
Direkt an der Straßenecke zur Urbanstraße gibt es mehrere Läden, bei denen man auch Nachts nach dem Feiern noch gut und günstig etwas zu essen bekommt.

The flat is situated in one of Berlin's most trendy areas, on Graefestraße, with many lovely shops, cafés and bars. A Bus connection to Neukölln, Mitte and Hauptbahhnhof is round the corner, the U-Bahn (Metro) is 5-10 minutes walking distance.
Supermarkets are within 5 minutes walking distance, as well as late night food outlets, which will prevent any hangover when you come back home from a party.

Kaution muss leider sein, hab ja mein ganzes hab und gut in der Wohnung.
