Hello,
I am renting out my apartment for 1,5 Month , while I am away from Saturday, February 1st to Tuesday, March 18th 2024. The apartment is fully furnished and good for one person or a couple.
From its 5th floor of my apartment and the sunny balcony you will have a view to the Mariannenplatz, wich is a very nice park with lots of trees.
It is a absolutely no smoking apartment, but you can smoke on the balcony.
The apartment is furnished, there is WiFi, warm water, radio but NO TV!
But there is a small dishwasher and a small bath tub.
The metro stations and bus transport in all directions are in walking distance of app. 7 Minutes.
The street is fairly calm and not so much frequented by cars as to the hip area in 5 minute walking distance with clubs, bars, venues and cafes.
The famous Berlin night life happens just around the corner.

The one-room apartment is located in the in-scene area Kreuzberg, the very center of Berlin. Within 5 minutes there are world famous clubs, cafes, bars and the wild berlin art- and music-scene, which is alive in Kreuzberg every day and night. The famous metro stations Kottbusser Tor and Görlitzer Bhf are a 7 minute walk away, and the S-Bahn station Ostbahnhof is about a 10 minute walk away. The frequent busses 140, M29, 147 and 165 are very close by and also go by night.
A washmashine and dryer is in the basement (3€).
NOTE: THIS IS NOT A HOTEL. I live here and while I am away on my business trip I am happy to share my beautify apartment with you! It is claen and calm. I will ask you to water all my flowers, even the ones on the stairways in the house outside the apartment , so they will not dry out. This shall be a part of the agreement. Other than that, you are welcome to use my all spices in my kitchen when you are cooking you own food! I want you to feel at home!
