Hi All! (anmeldung only possible for one person!!!)
We are looking for someone to take over our contract as we are leaving from 31 of March. This person will have to buy the kitchen and some of the furniture (more information through email). It is a one bedroom apartment, 33sqm partly furnished. It's located near checkpoint Charlie and postdamer Platz with Lidl nearby for groceries and U1,3,7,6 as well as SBahn. The rent is 430 warm plus heating and internet (we are not sure if the price will go up or down).
