ich suche einen Nachmieter zum 01.10.2018.
Mir ist wichtig, dass ihr folgende Voraussetzungen erfüllt:
-positive Schufa (request now)
-3 Gehaltsnachweise, alternativ Bafög, aber nur in Kombination eines 2 Hauptmieters aus Bonitätsgründen
-Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung
Gegen Abschlag lasse ich Waschmaschine und Kühlschrank da.
Solltet ihr noch weitere Fragen haben, dann meldet euch.

Die Lage ist fast perfekt, innerhalb von 20 Minuten ist man am Alex und spät Nachts kommt man super mit der S-Bahn nach Hause. Die Gegend ist umring von Plattenbau, aber lasst euch nicht davon abschrecken, es klingt schlimmer als es eigentlich ist.
Die Nachbarn sind super lieb und auch mal da wenn man Milch oder Zucker braucht.
Der Hausmeister ist sehr zuverlässig und immer mal für einen plausch bereit.
Insgesamt hatte ich eine schöne Zeit hier, und ziehe Studiumsbedingt raus aus Berlin.
