My name is Ola, I am offering my apartment in Lichtenberg for rent for Short term (PLEASE note Three (3) months from November to January with possibility to transfer the apartment for long term rental) the apartment is 30sqm and has a kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen has cabinets, washing machine also in the bathroom, my sofa and wardrobe too. The apartment has WLAN all calculated in the rent. I don’t Care about your Schufa (request now) Rating, The building has an elevator and is always taken care of, bus 192 and 194 comes every 5 minutes to take you to the sbahn, Sbahn can also be walked to in 12 minutes. Generally the location is residential and green. Viewing appointment possible by text. Please Note- Home Electronics and bed not inclusive. (A mattress is available for use though)

Die Wohnung ist 30qm groß und verfügt über eine Küche und Bad. In der Küche gibt es Schränke, im Badezimmer gibt es eine Waschmaschine, auch mein Sofa und meinen Kleiderschrank. Die Wohnung verfügt über WLAN, alles im Mietpreis enthalten. Deine Schufa (request now) -Bewertung ist mir egal, das Gebäude verfügt über einen Aufzug und ist immer gepflegt, alle 5 Minuten fährt der Bus 192 und 194 und bringt dich zur S-Bahn, die S-Bahn ist auch in 12 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Im Allgemeinen handelt es sich um einen Wohn- und Grünstandort. Besichtigungstermin per SMS möglich. Bitte beachten Sie, dass Haushaltsgeräte und Bett nicht im Preis inbegriffen sind. (Eine Matratze steht jedoch zur Verfügung)
