- Unterstützung von Besichtigungen
– möglichst flexibler Auszug im Interesse eines sicheren Käufers
Bei Übernahme des Mieters durch den Käufer wird zusätzlich zur Kaution die Hälfte der Monatsmiete zurückgezahlt.

When the new owner continue the lease, we will pay back a half month's rent in addition of the deposit.
