Die Lage ist ruhig und schön. Nur 2 Fußminuten zur M10 Berliner Mauer Gedenkstätte Tramhaltestelle. 6 Fußminuten nach Bernauer str. Ubahn(U8) und (andere richtung) Nordbahnhoff Station (S1, S2, S25, Tram M8). Gute einkaufmöglichkeiten, gibt es Kaisers und Aldi sehr in der nähe.
The location is quiet and beautiful. Only 2 minute walk to the M10 Berliner Mauer Gedenkstätte tram stop. 6 minute walk to Bernauer str. Subway (U8) and (other direction) Nordbahnhoff station (S1, S2, S25, Tram M8). Good shopping opportunities, there are Kaisers and Aldi so close.
Für die sache die ich lasse möchte ich einen Abschlag von 450 Euro haben. Im Wohnzimmer lasse ich eine Kommode, ein Kleiderschrank, ein Bett(mit Matratze 140x200) und ein Regal. In der Küche lasse ich ein Kühlschrank, ein Küchenregal und Küchengerät. Im Bad eine Waschmaschine, und ein Wandschrank. Und im Balkon lasse ich drei Stühle und ein Tisch.
Die vermieter braucht :
Schufa (request now) Auskunft, Mietschuldenfreiheit, 3 Monatsverdienstnachweise. Also bitte bewerbt euch nur wenn ihr diese Dokumente habt.

In the kitchen: a refrigerator, a kitchen shelf and kitchen equipment. In the bathroom: a washing machine and a closet. And in the balcony: three chairs and a table.
The landlord needs:
Schufaauskunft, Mietschuldenfreiheit, three months earning statements. So please apply only if you have these documents.
