Die Wohnung ist neu und komplett möbliert, es ist also alles da, was man so braucht.
Da ich für längere Zeit (2 Jahre mindestens) nicht in Berlin sein werde, möchte ich die Wohnung gerne an eine zuverlässige und ordentliche Person vermieten, die gut auf meine Sachen aufpasst.
Alles was sich in der Wohnung befindet, kann natürlich gerne benutzt werden, insbesondere auch Balkonmöbel, Geschirr,...
Mitten in Berlin, 5 min vom Alexanderplatz entfernt, ist das Haus, in dem sich die Wohnung befindet (Neubau).
Im Erdgeschoss gibt es einen Supermarkt und einen Bäcker, im Untergeschoss einen Fahrradkeller und Waschmaschine/ Trockner.
Späti und Drogeriemarkt etc. sind direkt um die Ecke.
Das Ein- bzw. Auszugsdatum kann gerne auch um 1-2 Tage variieren.
Am besten bin ich über das Handy erreichbar, falls ich gerade nicht rangehe rufe ich aber gerne zurück oder schreibe dir :)
Schufa (request now) und Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung werden benötigt.
