The apartment is suited to a couple or a single.
Strictly no smoking, if you are a smoker, smoke outside of the building.
Strictly no parties or loud gatherings that would upset the neighbours, if you want to party, don't stay here.
Another thing that is worth mentioning is that the current situation with power usage in Berlin is pretty tough. For that reason the electricity metre will be taken before you move in and when you move out. If there is excessive use of heating and electricity then the costs will be taken from the bond.
