Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine gemütliche 1-Zimmerwohnung im 3.OG (mit Flur, Küche, Bad, Balkon und Keller) in Moabit.
Die derzeitige Miete ist gemäß Berliner Mietendeckel-Gesetz beschränkt, allerdings ist die tatsächliche Miete auch insgesamt nur 450€. Die Wohnung ist daher für ihre zentrale Lage wirklich günstig und ideal für Studenten oder Singles.
I am looking for a new tenant for my lovely one bedroom apartment (with an entryway, kitchen, bathroom, balcony and basement) in Moabit. It is on the 3rd floor of a relatively new building, and is ideal for students or singles.
The current rent is according to the Berliner Mietendeckel-Gesetz but even the actual rent would only be 450€ in total.
Sehr zentral gelegen, nahe der Turmstraße. 2 Minuten Fußweg zur U-Bahn Turmstraße (U9) und Bus. Ca. 10 Minuten per Bus zum Hauptbahnhof.
Centrally located, close to Turmstraße. 2 minutes by foot to U9 Turmstraße and the bus stop. 10 minutes by bus to the central station.
WICHTIG:
Ich schlage euch als Nachmieter beim Vermieter vor.
Bitte meldet euch nur bei mir, wenn ihr folgende Unterlagen bereit habt und direkt mit eurer Nachricht mitschicken könnt:
- aktuelle Schufa (request now) -Auskunft
- Gehaltsnachweise der letzten 3 Monate (netto mindestens 3x die Miete) oder Bürgschaft
- Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung
Besichtigungen der Wohnung dann gerne nach Absprache. Ich werde leider wirklich nur Nachrichten mit Anhang in Betracht ziehen.
