Hallo,
ich suche für meine 1-Raum-Wohnung in Neukölln-Rixdorf ab dem 5.10. oder 12.10. einen Nachmieter.
Die Wohnung hat einen 18m² Wohnraum mit Küchenzeile, ein 6m² Badezimmer und einen 4m² Eingangsbereich und einen Keller. Meine Waschmaschine kann auf Wunsch und nach Absprache bis nächsten Sommer in der Wohnung bleiben und genutzt werden.
Wichtig: Die Wohnung wird mit einem Kohleofen beheizt. Im Keller sind bereits Kohlen, die für mindestens den halben Winter reichen. Diese gebe ich für 100 Euro (Einkaufspreis) an den Nachmieter ab. Die Fenster sind saniert, die Dielen geschliffen.
Alle weiteren Details zu Mietvertrag, Kaution und Übergabedatum klären wir dann persönlich. Es muss für den Vermieter ein Einkommensnachweis sowie unter Umständen ein Schufa (request now) -Zeugnis vorgelegt werden.
Apartment, 1 room + bathroom + entryhall, 28 m², heating with coals, 235 € including electricity and internet, coals are in cellar and can be bought for 100€, last for half the winter, to be rented from 5th or 12th of October, renter wants income statement and probably approval that you are free from debt.

Neukölln-Rixdorf, nahe des Richardplatzes, ruhig gelegen im Hinterhaus, man ist schnell auf der Sonnenallee und der Karl-Marx-Straße. Die Busse M41 und 171 sind in 3 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar, die U7 in 7 Min. und die S-Bahn Sonnenallee ist 10 Min. zu Fuß entfernt. Es sind mehrere Supermärkte und viele Kleinhändler in der Nähe. Das Viertel ist kulturell bunt gemischt.
Nehmt per Mail oder Telefon Kontakt zu mir auf. Wir können auch einen Skypetermin vereinbaren, wenn du nicht in Berlin bist. Die Wohnung wird zwischen dem 5.10. und 12.10. frei. Ab dem 27.9. kann die Wohnung besichtigt werden.
