Wir suchen Nachmieter/in für unsere schöne Wohnung in Körnerkiez Neukölln. Die Wohnung eignet sich für eine Person oder ein Pärchen. (Bitte keine Kinder oder Haustiere).
Das Wohnzimmer ist schön groß und eignet sich auch für Nutzung als Gästezimmer, wenn man Besuch hat. Der Wintergarten mit Blick auf Körnerpark ist ein absolutes Highlight! Die Küche ist hell und geräumig. Das Schlafzimmer ist klein aber fein, mit genugend Platz für ein Doppelbett, Kleiderschrank und Kommode. Die Wohnung hat auch einen eigenen großen und trockenen Keller. Momentan haben wir Öko-Strom und gut funktionierende WLAN.

We are looking for a tenent to take over the contract on our wonderful apartment in Körnerkiez Neukölln. The apartment is suited to singles or couples. (Please no children or pets).
The living room is nice and big and is also suitable to be used as a guest room if you have visitors. The enclosed balcony has a view over Körnerpark, which is a definite highlight! The kitchen is bright and roomy. The bedroom is small but nice, with enough space of a double bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The apartment also has its own large and dry celler space downstairs. At the moment we are using ecological electricity and we have a good WLAN connection.
Die Wohnung selbst liegt in einer ruhigen Ecke Neuköllns. Trotzdem verfügt sie über zahlreiche Verbindungsmöglichkeiten (U7, Ringbahn, S45, S46, S47 und U8) sowie diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Penny, Aldi, Real, Denns Biomarkt, Eurogida, Bioase44). Körnerkiez und Rixdorf bieten viele schöne Cafés und Bars an. Und die Grünflächen in der Nähe sind wunderschön: Körnerpark, Thomashöhe und Lessingshöhe sind direkt vor der Tür und Tempelhofer Feld ist auch nicht weit weg.

The apartment itself is in a quiet corner of Neukölln. However there are good transport links (U7, ringbahn, S45 to Schönefeld airport, U8) and diverse supermarkets in the area (Penny, Aldi, Real, Denns Biomarkt, Eurogida, Bioase44). Körnerkiez and Rixdorf have many lovely cafés and bars to offer. And the parks in the area are wondeful: Körnerpark, Thomashöhe and Lessingshöhe are right on your doorstep and Tempelhofer Feld is also not far.

Da die Übergabe relativ schnell gehen soll, ist es wichtig, dass man schnell an die richtigen Unterlagen kommen kann. Die Hausverwaltung fordert folgenden Unterlagen ein:
- Nachweis des Einkommens
- Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung
- Aktuelle Schufa (request now)
- Kopie des Ausweises
Außerdem möchten wir unsere schöne Einbauküche weiterverkaufen. Der Preis liegt bei 320€ VB (mit Spülmaschine, ohne Waschmaschine. Waschmachine kann von uns separat gekauft werden).
Wenn man über die richtigen Dokumente verfügt, kann einen kurzfristigen Besichtigungstermin gerne per Mail vereinbart werden.
Wir weisen darauf hin, dass wir noch unsicher sind, genau wie viel die Miete wird. Der Preis, der gelistet wird, ist eine Approximation nach der Miete, die wir gerade zahlen.

Since the apartment needs to be handed over pretty quickly, it's important that you can get hold of the necessary documents. The estate agents will want the following from you:
- Proof of income
- Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung, i.e. proof that you don't have excisting debts to your current landlord
- Current Schufa (request now)
- Copy of your passport and proof of registration in Berlin
Also, we would like to sell our lovely built-in kitchen to the new tenents. The price is at 320€ or the nearest offer (with dishwasher. Washing maching can be bought seperately).
If you have all of the necessary documents, I would be happy to organise a viewing appointment at short notice by email.
Please note that we are unsure of what the precise cost of the apartment will be. The price listed is an estimation based on what we currently pay.
