Ich suche schweren Herzens einen NAchmieter für meine schöne 1-Zimmerwohnung in Neukölln, im HH der Reuterstrasse 53.
Die Wohnung ist klein aber sehr schön und in bester Lage:
- Kreuzkölln
- Direkt Reuterplatz
- 35 m2
- im HH, trotzdem sehr hell
- 408 € kalt/Monat --> all in ca. 480 (Gas und strom muss selbst gezahlt werden)
- Schöner Kiez mit vielen Einkaufs- und Ausgehmöglichkeiten
- Wohnungsübergabe würde am 30.06./1.7. stattfinden.
- Bei Anmietung müssen der Kühlschrank (A+++) und einige festangebrachte Regale gegen einen kleinen Abschlag übernommen werden.

Wenn du folgende Unterlagen schon fertig hast, dann kontaktiere mich doch und wir machen eine Besichtigung am Donnerstag, Freitag oder Samstag diese Woche:

On a short notice I am looking for a subsequent tenant for my beautiful studio apartment directly in the Reuterstrasse 53, in Berlin Neukölln
The studio is not the largest, but it is located in a really nice neighborhood.
- Kreuzkölln
- Directly at famous Reuterplatz, nice neighborhood and loads of possibilities to enjoy life
- 35 m2
- in the backyard building, but still very bright
- 408 € Monat + Bills --> all inclusive ca. 480€
- If you decide to take it, there is a small payment for the fridge (A+++) an some cupboards I installed.
- apart from that not furnished!
If you have the following documents ready, contact me and we can meet thursday, friday or saturday for a viewing. Please write me a short text about you and what you do in Berlin.
