- 1 Zimmer Wohnung (42qm)
- Südausrichtung mit Balkon
- Preis: 300 € pauschal, bei kürzerer Anmietung ggf. abweichender Preis
- voll möbliert
- Geschirr, Staubsauger, Waschmaschine, Bettwäsche, Handtücher etc. sind vorhanden und können genutzt werden
- ÖPNV-Nähe: u.a. U8 Schönleinstr. / M29 Ohlauer Str. / M41 Hermannplatz
Die Wohnung hat ein großes, helles Wohn-/Schlafzimmer mit abgezogenem Dielenboden und einem sonnigen Balkon, eine große abgetrennte, voll ausgestattete Küche mit Esstisch und Fenster sowie ein gepflegtes gefliestes Duschbad mit Fenster. Sie kann ab dem 08. August 2018 gemietet werden - idealerweise bis zum 08. September, gegen Absprache sind auch andere Daten in diesem Zeitraum möglich.

- Costs: 300€ in total (all included); other price for shorter visits
- fully furnished
- dishes, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, linens and towels are available and can be used
- public transport: e.g. U8 Schönleinstr. / M29 Ohlauer Str. / M41 Hermannplatz
The flat has a big, sunny living/bedroom with wooden flooring, a separate and fully equipped kitchen with a window and a bathroom with a bathtub and a window.
