Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. OG im Seitenflügel.
Sie hat 1 Zimmer, 1 Küche, 1 Korridor, 1 Bad mit Dusche WC und Waschbecken.
Insgesamt hat die Wohnung 40 Quadratmeter.
Trotz der Lage zum Innenhof ist die Wohnung schön hell und bekommt viel Tageslicht.
Die Wohnung hat Dielenboden und die gesamte Wohnung würde vor 2 Jahre renoviert.
Der Preis wurde ein bisschen erhöht (650 euro warm), ich muss noch herausfinden was genau der Kaltmiete ist. Die Wohnung hat Zentralheizung.

The apartment is in the 4th floor in the Backyard.
There's a big room, a kitchen, corridor, and bathroom with shower.
In total the apartment is 40 sqm.
Even the apartment is in the backyard, there's a lot of light, especially in the morning.
The apartment was entirely renovated two years ago and has beautiful old wood floor.
The price is 650 euros all included. It has central heating so there's only electricity to pay extra (around 23 euros monthly)
Die Wohnung liegt in Neukölln. 5 Minuten zu Fuss vom Sonnenalle und Weingandufer und 10 Minuten vom Karl-Marx-str U-Bahn. Die Linien 171 und M41 sind 1 min entfernt.
Es ist eine ruhige Straße ohne Verkehr und sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten.

The apartment is in Neukölln. 5 minutes from Sonnenallee station and the canal Weingandufer and 10 minutes walk from Karl-Marx-str U-Bahn station. The bus lines 171 and M41 are only 1 minute walk.
The street is quiet and there's always space for parking.
Wegen Umzug im Ausland suche ich ein Nachmieter.
Die Abschlagszahlung von 1190€ ist Voraussetzung zur Anmietung der Wohnung. Die Abschlagszahlung beinhaltet: Die gesamte Küche sowie Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine, Wandregal, alle Deckenlampen, einen 2meter Ikea PAX Kleiderschrank, Bett, Sofa, Esstisch, TV Möbel, Kallax Buchregal, Schüheschrank, Badregal und Gardinen. Ich habe fast alles vor 5 Jahren neu gekauft und sehen noch sehr sehr gut aus.
Die Hausverwaltung braucht die folgenden Dokumente:
-Mieter Selbstauskünft
-Schufa (request now)
-Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung
-Die letzte 3 Lohnzettel
Bitte schreibt mir ein bisschen was über euch. Was Ihr in Berlin beruflich macht und noch ein paar Zeilen über euch. Erwähnt bitte auch, dass Ihr die Abschlagszahlung zahlen könnt und diese Information berücksichtigt habt. Die Abschlagszahlung ist wie gesagt Voraussetzung der Anmietung und es wird Kaufvertrag unterschrieben. Ich möchte an nächstes Wochenende einzelne Personen zur Belichtung einladen und bitte bis Dahin alle Unterlagen beisammen zu haben.

I'm moving back to my country so I'm looking for somebody who is willing to buy my furniture for 1190 euros.
This payment of 1190 € is a prerequisite for renting the apartment. The price includes: The entire kitchen and fridge and washing machine, wall shelf, all ceiling lamps, a 2 meter Ikea PAX wardrobe, bed and mattress, sofa, dining table+chairs, TV furniture, IKEA book shelf, bathroom shelf and curtains. I bought almost everything new 5 years ago and is in very good condition.
The agency needs the following documents if you are interested:

Please write me something about you. What you do professionally in Berlin and a few more lines about you. Please also mention that you are willing to buy the furniture and have taken this information into account. This payment is, as I said, a prerequisite for renting and a purchase contract will be signed. I would like to invite individuals to see the apartment next weekend or so, so please have all the documents together when you come for the visit.
