Szeneviertel Kreuzkölln: Schöne 1-Zimmerwohnung

Hey everyone, I decided to prolong my trip so the place is open for 2 weeks in June.

The person currently subletting is moving out on June 10th and as I will be back only on June 24th the place would be free for 2 weeks. I am preferably looking for someone to take the flat for this entire period. If this isn't you, you can of course still drop me a message but I will preferably sublet to someone staying the entire time.

As this is my personal flat, an Anmeldung is unfortunately not possible. I am sorry.

Couples are okay or any two people really. Pets are okay on request, so let me know if you plan on bringing your furry friend. I usually live here with my small dog so if you are allergic, this might not be the place for you.

As it is currently sublet, and I am not there, a visit is currently not possible. It is a typical Berlin Altbau with high ceilings and wooden floors. I'm sure I could arrange for you to come by my neighbours place on the 4th floor - her apartment is very similar to mine. :)

I will have to find out at what point the current tenant would like to move out so I can arrange a cleaning that day. Therefore, I would assume move-in would be a little later in the day of June 10th.

We will make a subletting contract so it is safe for us both. I do not require a Schufa (request now) but a copy of your ID. We can also talk on the phone or video chat beforehand.

Die kleine aber gemütliche 35qm-Wohnung teilt sich in Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer, Flur, Balkon, kleine Kammer und Küche auf.
Die Küche ist mit zwei Herdplatten, Backofen und kleinem Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Auch Töpfe etc. sowie kleine Küchengeräte wie SodaStream, Hochgeschwindigkeitsmixer etc können natürlich genutzt werden.
Bei dem Badezimmer handelt es sich um ein kleines Duschbad mit moderner Waschmaschine. Grundaustattung zum Kochen (Olivenöl, Gewürze etc) sind vorhanden.
Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich eine Doppelmatratze auf der zwei Personen schlafen können. Es befindet sich ein kleiner Tisch in dem Zimmer, wo gegessen und gearbeitet werden kann. Kleidung kann an der Kleiderstange aufgehängt oder in das große Sideboard eingeräumt werden.
Mein 55 Zoll-Flachbildfernseher empfängt zwar kein Fernsehen, verfügt aber über einen Netflix- sowie Prime Video-Zugang, sowie Apps wie Arte etc. Selbstverständlich habe ich funktionierendes WLAN. Ich habe außerdem einen Duplex-Drucker, der gerne genutzt werden kann.

Der kleine Balkon überblickt den Innenhof. Dort kann gerne geraucht werden. In der Wohnung bitte nicht.
Normalerweise lebe ich mit meinem kleinen Hund in der Wohnung, daher könnt ihr gerne auch mit einem Haustier kommen (dies sollte aber vorher kurz abgesprochen werden).Für Allergiker ist die Wohnung evtl ungeeignet.
In der kleinen Kammer befinden sich größtenteils meine Sachen, die ich dort einlagern werde, aber auch Staubsauger, Bügelbrett, Wäscheständer etc. sind darin zu finden. Eine Dampfbügelstation ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
