Da ich mit meinem Partner in eine größere Wohnung ziehe, wird
ab 1.5.2021 eine geräumige 1-Zimmer Wohnung in der Nähe des S-Bahnhofs Schöneweide frei!
Die Wohnung ist in einem U-Format aufgebaut und bietet eine gute Raumteilung.
Die helle Wohnung ist ausgerichtet in den Südosten, d.h. man wird von der Sonne geweckt. Ebenfalls ist die Wohnung sehr leise, da sie in den Innenhof ausgerichtet ist.
Eine Einbauküche ist vorhanden (kein Kühlschrank, kein Geschirrspüler)
Die gesamte Wohnung ist ebenfalls barrierefrei - und daher auch für Rollstuhlfahrer perfekt geeignet.
WLAN ist im Mietpreis unlimitiert enthalten!
Wäsche kann nur im Keller gegen eine Gebühr von 2 € pro Waschgang durchgeführt werden! Trockner auch vorhanden.

Since I'm moving into a larger apartment with my partner, the one-room apartment will be
free from 1.5.2021.
The apartment is built in a U-format and offers a good room division.
The bright apartment faces the southeast, i.e. you will be waken up by the sun. The apartment is also very quiet as it faces the inner courtyard. Enjoy the sun on the spacious balcony!
A fitted kitchen is available (no refrigerator, no dishwasher)
The entire apartment is also barrier-free - and therefore perfectly suitable for wheelchair users.
Unlimited WiFi is included in the rental price!
Laundry can only be done in the basement for a fee of € 2 per wash! Dryer also available.

S-Bahn Schöneweide ist 4 Gehminuten entfernt.
Anschluss an viele Bus und Tram-Bahnen ist ebenfalls 2 Gehminuten entfernt.
Rewe, Netto und Getränkemarkt sind vor der Haustür. Das Schöneweide-Center
ist 10 Laufminuten entfernt, wo es einen Bioladen, MediaMarkt und vieles mehr gibt.
Gute Anbindung zu Hochschule HTW.
Die Königsheide lädt zu Spaziergängen ein, und ist ebenfalls 5 Gehminuten entfernt.
